    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Perform Cold Calling, Sourcing, Interviewing, Profiling and Staffing of candidates to meet clients' requirements.
    • 360-degree recruitment role to liaise with clients and candidates for permanent and contract placements.
    • Maintain and Manage existing clients' relationship.
    • Perform research on current/new industries and source for new candidates channels.
    • Job advertisements postings.
    • Able to travel overseas if required.
    • Other Ad-hoc jobs assigned.

    Requirements:

    • at least 1 year of recruitment experience preferred.
    • training will be provided for candidates with no relevant working experience.
    • able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Possess a positive attitude to be willing to learn and improve, adaptable to changes and a team player.
    • CEI certificated would be advantage
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • Fluent in English
    • Customer Orientated with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
