Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and conduct periodic inspections of works on site.
- Proper updating and maintenance of all relevant records of works on site.
- Assist in the witnessing of materials testing.
- Other duties as set out in the Building Control Act or as assigned.
- To witness and record testing results.
- To maintain proper and updated daily records of all works done, including records of tests, inspections, status of works, safety, site diary, materials and equipment on site, labour, day works, provisional quantities, etc.
- Ensure that the Contractor complies with applicable legal and other requirements associated with the environmental aspects.
Requirements:
- Possess at least the National Construction Certificate of Supervision (NCCS).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the supervision of building projects in Singapore.
- Must have HDB/ BTO project supervision experience.
Remunerations:
- 2 months of gratuity will be provided upon completion of projects.
