Description

Responsibilities:


  • Technical support including full range of enterprise products, network technical solution, highlights proposal and etc.
  • To handle clients' inquiries and technical related issues.
  • Collaborate with the team and others to identify, troubleshoot and find resolutions for technical problems.
  • Responsible for new product test
  • Promote solutions and deliver formal technical proposals / presentations to clients.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by leaders and management.

Job Requirements:


  • Experienced in
    networking product like Switch, Wireless Access Point, Router and other networking related product.
  • Good knowledge in the fields of
    Business Network system such as Gateway, Switch, AP and IP CCTV.
  • At least 2 years work experiences on Business Network domain or technical domain.
  • Ability to speak in Chinese as the incumbent requires to liaise with the China HQ counterparts/personnel for work or project related matters
  • Experienced in handling and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Possess CCNA/CCNP and other networking certificate would be an added advantage.
