Roles & Responsibilities

Overall in charge for all fleet and daily operations
Manage daily fleet maintenance, operations and administration through Glifeware
Monitor and record staff fleet performance, attendance, discipline, training and management
Integrate and drive usage of Glifeware to improve operational accuracy and overall customer experience
Ensure high level of customer service by responding and resolving issues arising from operations and coordinate with other BUs in problem solving
Managing cost for logistics department
Plan and develop efficient driver schedules and routes to promote optimisation
Track timeliness of delivery with the use of Glifeware, driver app and etc
Report and analyse issues, rectify and improve them accordingly
Update and ensure proper documentations of all operations and fleet related, ie vehicle servicing, inspection, season parking, summons and other etc
Maintain general upkeeping of vehicles cleanliness and setting up cleaning schedules
Assist in recruitment of quality drivers into the team
Handle incident management which includes investigation and reporting
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety policies and daily work instructions
Act as backup support for delivery operations if lack of manpower to ensure high level of fulfilment
Any adhoc duties as required
