Fleet Manager - Singapore - GLIFE TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Overall in charge for all fleet and daily operations
- Manage daily fleet maintenance, operations and administration through Glifeware
- Monitor and record staff fleet performance, attendance, discipline, training and management
- Integrate and drive usage of Glifeware to improve operational accuracy and overall customer experience
- Ensure high level of customer service by responding and resolving issues arising from operations and coordinate with other BUs in problem solving
- Managing cost for logistics department
- Plan and develop efficient driver schedules and routes to promote optimisation
- Track timeliness of delivery with the use of Glifeware, driver app and etc
- Report and analyse issues, rectify and improve them accordingly
- Update and ensure proper documentations of all operations and fleet related, ie vehicle servicing, inspection, season parking, summons and other etc
- Maintain general upkeeping of vehicles cleanliness and setting up cleaning schedules
- Assist in recruitment of quality drivers into the team
- Handle incident management which includes investigation and reporting
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety policies and daily work instructions
- Act as backup support for delivery operations if lack of manpower to ensure high level of fulfilment
- Any adhoc duties as required
Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years in logistics role
- Experience in transportation industry
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Analytical mindset and good problemsolving skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Able to excel in highpressure situations
