Responsibilities:


  • Perform qualification of new lines/equipment
  • Implement and carry out improvement plans to maximize equipment uptime and sustain machine performance
  • Effective troubleshooting of equipment and process related problem to minimize equipment down time
  • Monitor and control equipment performance indices such as yield, throughput and others
  • Establish safe work procedures and control documentation for different types of machines
  • Provide engineering support on all equipment operational issues to meet production output and quality
  • Manage spare parts to ensure sufficient stock level to support equipment maintenance and production needs
  • Plan and implement effective Preventive Maintenance (PM) program to minimize machine breakdown
  • Participate in cost reduction programs to optimize equipment utilization and cost of the maintenance
  • Establish, maintenance, implement and continually improve on the quality and environmental management system
  • Ensure that employees under your supervision comply with all safety regulations, safe work procedures and to use appropriate PPE at all times.
  • Drive and support company initiatives to protect the environment e.g., by minimizing resource wastages, recycling effort and proper waste disposal

Requirements:


  • Degree/Diploma in Mechatronic/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 2year relevant working experience in a mass production environment handling equipment
  • Good Leadership and analytical skill
  • Registration No. R1333447_
  • EA Licence No. 18C9464_

Job Types:

$3, $5,500.00 per month
