About Our ClientOur client is a global player in the oilfield services providing wireline logging technology solution. They are currently expanding their footprint into Singapore and looking for a highly dynamic leader to join them as

Head of Supply Chain Operations

to lead greenfield initiatives. This is a newly created role to identify their first senior leader in Singapore.
Job DescriptionProvide executive leadership to manufacturing and supply chain functions.
Establish and monitor production metrics/budgets, project schedules and timelines.
Develop efficient supply chain strategies for global logistics and distribution.
Manage sourcing, vendor relationships and scalability initiatives.

Develops and implements efficient supply chain strategies for the logistics and distribution of products globally, specifically China, Singapore, Middle East and USA.Oversees supply chain operations to ensure effective inventory management, timely delivery of materials to regional distributors.

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize supply chain efficiency globally.
The Successful ApplicantProven experience with at least

10 to 15 years

in business operations management ideally in

oil& gas/ energy

or electrical/ electronics

manufacturing industry

backgroundSolid knowledge in plant management, operations, logistics and supply chain managementExperience with setting up manufacturing plant/ greenfield setupFamiliarity with local regulations and able to identify manufacturing facilitySound leadership skills, showcasing your ability to build cross-functional teams and drive operational excellenceSelf-starter, ready and motivated to build an operations structure and optimize it.
