Permanent- Location: Singapore
The Role:
This position will plan and execute Advertising and Promotional (A&P) activities for the shopping mall.


Responsibilities:


  • Conceptualization, execution and management of marketing campaigns, source for partnerships and new marketing initiatives to drive footfall and retailer sales.
  • Work closely with tenants to develop collaborative promotions and offerings, to enhance shoppers' experience through the mall's activities to drive traffic and increase tenants' sales
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure successful running of projects and create awareness for the mall's activities.
  • Conduct post campaign analysis, keep track of budgets, prepare monthly reports for internal analysis and daytoday campaign monitoring.
  • Update content of various digital and social media platforms.
  • Proactive in identifying new digital initiatives to drive and strengthen mall's online presence.
  • Administer the leasing of atrium and kiosk spaces.

Job Requirements:


  • Degree in Marketing or Mass Communications.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experiences in the shopping mall or retail industry.
  • Creative, meticulous, possess excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication or presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask and to work independently in a fastpaced environment with mínimal supervision.
  • Datadriven, resultsoriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
