Responsibilities:
Liaise with regulators on regulatory license requirements and compliance filingManage and update the firm's compliance policies and frameworkKeep track of new regulatory development and provide updates to the firmUpdate and advise the management on compliance issue and ensure the firm is in line with the regulatory standard and requirementsAssist in KYC/AML review on investors, CRS/FATCA filingIdentify any potential compliance issues and provide solutions to the businessProvide compliance training and updates to the firm's employeesParticipate in compliance projects when necessarySkills / experience requirementsAt least four years of Compliance experience in the Asset Management / Fund Management experienceBachelor's degree or other tertiary qualificationGood understanding on regulatory complianceGood communication and analytic skillsHands-on and adaptable to work in a small office environmentMeticulous, diligent, motivated
