Retail Executive - Singapore - MILLION LIGHTING CO PTE LTD
Description
Promoting company's products and services to showroom walk-in clients and convert them into sales- Creating of business proposals and quotations to prospective clients
- Attending to all enquiries about products and services by educating clients about quality and value of Million's global brands
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients
- Identifying new business opportunities and prospects beyond walkin clients
- Handling and managing of clients complaints
- Processing of sales orders, stock orders, inventory replenishment and visual merchandise
- Assisting in planning and execution of marketing plans
- Ensuring timely and successful delivery of products according to clients' needs
- Providing technical support as necessary
- Attending meetings and site visits with clients
- Compilation and analysis of sales figures
- Other adhoc duties that may be assigned
Requirements:
- At least 13 years' experience in retail sales
- Ability to communicate with all levels of customers
- Proactive, passionate and willing to learn
- Able to work 6 days per week
- PC literate and proficient in MS Office
- Background in Sales and Marketing
- Experience in the lighting and furniture industry
