HR Executive - Singapore - NUSANTARA PRIME CONSULTING PTE. LTD.
Description
Responsibilities
- Process employee data to ensure HR information System and employee files are accurate and up to date
- Handle new hire onboarding and offboarding
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, documents and manage company policies.
- Act as the first point of contact within a company for HRrelated inquiries and main person answering queries, resolving and providing information to employees including policies and procedures, benefit entitlements etc
- Coordinate on insurance matters
- Coordinate annual performance appraisal procedure and talent development process including performance calibration and total compensation review
- Maintain employees' training records and arrangement
- Workclosely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Responsible for internal HR programs and schemes implementation and roll out as needed
- Update and prepare documents (e.g. manuals, SOPs and workflows)
- Manage HR announcement / communication to employees as needed
- Involved in HR ISO documentation
- Prepare routine and ad hoc reports
- Perform any other work duties as assigned from time to time
About You:
- Possess GCE 'A' Levels / Diploma / Degree in any disciplines
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Human Resources discipline is preferred
- Keen interest in people management support
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and written skills
- Team player and able to work independently
Familiarity with local MoM labour law compliance is essential:
- Strong sense of ownership
- Data organization skills and attention to detail
- Able to multitask
- Able to adapt in a fastpaced environment
- Hybrid office and work from home arrangement.
Duration of Contract:12 months; renewal basis. Potential to convert to Full-Time employee.
