**4 day work week ($12 to $20 per hour)Our Expectations
We are looking for Admin Co-ordinator (Project Management) to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects, co-ordinating resources,monitoring timelines and costs and communicating regularly with the owner.
Your Responsibilities
- Create Project Plans
- Manage project timelines, costs and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
- Monitor project progress, driving changes and report to owner
- Professionally manage project related communication
- Take ownership for the successful completion of projects
- Develop and track project KPIs and metrics
- Ensure corporate policies and standards are followed
You must:
- Have good communications and interpersonal skills
- Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Have the ability to effectively manage tasks with changing priorities
- Have a keen eye for detail and good problem solving skills
- Good networking and vendor management skills
