As the Financial Analyst, you will the Finance Business Partner to the Commercial and Marketing teams, ensuring that the company achieves its profitability goals while maintaining a good balance with brand and sales objectives.

You will also be key in the company's forecasting process and will provide monthly financial reporting and analysis to management.


Your main responsibilities are:
-
1.Finance Business Partner

  • Work closely with the commercial and marketing teams to help the company achieve its financial and profitability goals.
  • Provide analysis and simulations to assist decision making in new business ventures, strategies and potential deals.

2. Performance Forecasting and Reporting

  • Perform all month end closing reporting requirements
  • P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flows, including calculation of accurate provisions and accruals.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to management, including our JV partner.
  • Prepare reports to measure customer and channel performance.
  • Lead the annual financial forecasting process and periodic updates of projected landing.
  • Prepare biannual Transfer Price calculations, periodic Investor Relation Reports and other regulatory reporting required.

3. Operation Excellence

  • Be involved in process improvements projects where required
  • Take initiative to propose and advocate for time and cost efficiencies
  • Contribute to building a culture of compliance and integrity within the company
  • Active participant in the Finance community and the team by living the values of the Company

PROFILE

Key Selection Criteria

  • Experience in business analysis in businesses with a large product range is highly desirable.
  • Possessing industry experience in FMCG, Consumer or Luxury Goods will be highly desirable
  • Knowledge of accounting concepts would be advantageous.
  • Demonstrates ability to communicate clearly.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to plan for and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to balance assertiveness while maintaining good interpersonal relations.
