Procurement Administrator - Singapore - International Baccalaureate
Description
Responsibilities:
- In charge of daily operational tasks on supplier registrations, user enquiries, processing Purchase Orders.
- Ensure all purchases are processed in accordance with the Procurement Policy and other crossfunctional Policies that are applicable to Procurement.
- Ensure that the contract database in SharePoint is uptodate and accurate.
- Ensure that IB's procurement and contract management follows ethical process and free from irregular transactions.
Requirements:
- Diploma in business administration or related fields;
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in procurement or administrative roles;
- Basic understanding of the procurement process including contract evaluation, negotiation, approval, tracking and closeout;
- Good eye for detail with good communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and support business users;
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
