Responsibilities

1. Re-engineer end-to-end processes, analyze, and review operational solutions.
2. Conduct requirement gathering workshops, review, and document requirement artifacts.
3. Review functional specifications and process-defined documents.
4. Coordinate and ensures UAT test plans and test case are executed within UAT schedule.
5. Provide post-production support, review production issues, and track them to closure.
6. Troubleshoot reported issues and coordinate across teams (stakeholders, developers, infrastructure teams) to resolve them.
7. Manage projects and monitor timelines.
8. Collaborate closely with regional and country teams to ensure timely project delivery and issue resolution.
9. Create user stories in JIRA for tracking until completion.
10. Attend project stand-up meetings to discuss project status.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in systems development and/or business process improvement initiatives, preferably with project lifecycle experience in the Financial Services Industry, specifically in Consumer Banking Operations and Corporate Banking Operations.
• A hands-on team player who can see the big picture, possesses a can-do attitude, and can handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, coordination, and planning skills.
• Technical knowledge in web services, application development (Java), HTML/Angular-based UI, and role-based access matrix.
• must be able to communicate with Chinese counterparts based in China, Cantonese proficiency being an added advantage.
