**Responsibilities

  • Maintain basic knowledge of food dishes and the pairing of sauces and sides.
  • Ensure that the work areas are clean at all times and that the cleaning schedule is adhered to.
  • Ensure that sauces and side dishes are continually replenished during operation hours.
  • Maintain responsibility for inspecting and drying of cutlery, crockery, coppers and silvers.
  • Ensure trays are carried and food delivered to waiter/waitresses in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Adhere to hygiene and safety standards
  • Adhere to company's standard operating procedures
  • Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned

Working Hours:6 days work week, including weekend & PH.
