MAIN PURPOSE:

The primary objective of this role is to support the Maisons to achieve their digital sales growth targets, through functional and operational support, digital project management and co-ordination of digital activities of the Group in SEA&O


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Digital Operation

  • Coordinate the successful rollout of eCommerce or omnichannel initiatives for Maisons by collaborating closely with multiple stakeholders including support functions, regional teams and HQ teams
  • Ensure the integration of the related Maison business needs and operational process
  • Be the key contact for various ecommerce stakeholders in the daytoday management of operations includes Logistics, Anti-Fraud, IT and Finance
  • Work closely with the Maison Ecommerce Managers and HQ Ecommerce team to explore new business opportunities and to pilot new projects
  • Explore new ways to ensure the smooth operations of eCommerce in the region
  • Keep track of enhancement requests proposed by Maisons and work with HQ digital operations teams to ensure enhancements are scheduled in digital releases.
  • Support and provide endtoend 'handson' project management of digital projects. From initial scoping phase, through planning, scheduling and full implementation

Learning and Development

  • Maintain knowledge of the the latest Digital trends/topics
  • Curate and develop latest digital trends and hot topics and conduct relevant session to Inspire curiosity and passion for Digital learning for the digitally natives and wider audience within the group
  • Provide a reliable point of contact for all learning and development matters

Reporting

  • Provide regular status reports for Richemont activities, to ensure Maison and Richemont management are kept informed of the status of regional (and global) digital initiatives
  • Provide administrative support in the planning and reporting

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Digital/Operations with at least 45 years work experience
  • Prior experience in luxury Retail, eCommerce, Marketing & Sales, Digital Marketing and Operations in APAC region
  • Commercial, service and resultoriented


  • Digitally savvy

  • Experience in Ecommerce coordination and project management is highly preferred
  • Able to work independently in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to plan, multitask and manage time effectively
  • Dealing with ambiguity and changing priorities
  • Be a selfstarter with the ability to learn quickly
  • Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
