Trainee Technicians for our Engine MRO client.

This traineeship is an opportunity for aspiring individuals who are keen to join aviation industry but do not meet the pre-requisites as a trained aircraft engine technician.

Upon successful completion of the programme, a career as a qualified aircraft engine technician awaits you.

Responsibilities:

The programme involves a fullysponsored training programme with an allowance over the oneyear training period.
Upon completion of the training, the qualified aircraft engine technician will serve a twoyear or fouryear bond.
Career progression opportunity is open to promising technicians.
The programme encompasses initial company familiarisation, classroom training and onthejob training.
The initial familiarisation provides an insight to the working environment prior to attending classroom training.
The threemonth classroom training, consisting of theory and practical sessions, will be conducted and assessed by an external training academy.
The ninemonth onthejob training provides the opportunity to learn and work on the renowned Engines.

Job Requirements:

NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering (eg. Aeronautical/Avionics/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Manufacturing/ Electrical/Precision)
Completed fulltime National Service (for locals)
Able to perform rotating shift work
Willing to work in Changi
