Our client has a global reputation in the logistics industry, providing comprehensive distribution services including air, cargo freight and regional land transportation.

They are looking for a Human Resource Manager.
- 【What you will be working on】
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition and retention, organizational development, training, employee relations as well as benefits & compensation.
  • Develop, implement, review and update HR policies.
  • Perform and oversee monthly payroll and ensure compliance with all local legislation
  • Anticipate and recommend HR strategies to the top management in planning for human resource needs to support the business. Align HR strategies with the overall business objectives.
  • Work closely and support the Line in developing annual staff headcount and staff cost budget, generating the necessary information for decisionmaking.
  • Track Actual vs Budgeted numbers for headcounts and total manpower costs. Ensure both are managed within budget.
  • Manage staff retirement and reemployment. Ensure staff and managers understand the process and executive procedures within Company guidelines.
  • Diagnose HR needs of internal customers and provide advice on best practices
  • Build relationships with the Line at all levels and provide consistent and prompt HR services.
  • Partner with business leaders to support training needs analysis and skills audit to support talent management
  • Ensure initiatives or exercises like annual performance review, and talent review are communicated within an appropriate timeframe and to a desired level of service.
  • Managing Corporate communications, internal communications, and CSR activities and implementing appropriate social media strategies for employer branding purposes.

Requirement:

【 What they are looking for 】- Possess a Degree in Human Resource Management or in any discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience in HR function (HR Generalist preferred).

  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
  • Strong knowledge of employment ordinances, legal, and taxation requirements in Singapore
  • High resilience and ability to manage complexities and ambiguities.
  • Resultoriented, attention to detail and is processdriven.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strategic, proactive, resourceful and working in a fastpaced environment.
  • Able to be handson, resourceful and creative in problem/situational solving
