About the Role:

BYD by 1826 is on the lookout for a vibrant, goal-oriented Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing initiatives. This position calls for promoting our unique integration of casual-premium dining and cutting-edge electric vehicle showcasing.

As Marketing Manager, your mandate will include the development and implementation of strategic marketing campaigns, driving customer engagement, and contributing to the company's overall growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement innovative marketing strategies to establish and promote our brand identity and increase market share.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer preferences, behaviours, and trends.
• Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently to ensure a high return on investment.
• Oversee the creation of engaging marketing content for online and offline campaigns, including social media, website, print, and instore promotions.
• Collaborate closely with the restaurant and sales teams to align marketing strategies and promotions.
• Evaluate the performance of all marketing campaigns, provide insightful analysis and recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain strong relationships with media and stakeholders through inventive PR strategies.
• Collaborate with external agencies, ensuring all activities align with our brand and business goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within the casualpremium dining or automotive industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with a resultoriented mindset.
• Proficiency in using marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Extensive knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
