Oversee and manage data centre facility operations, including vendor management.

Take prompt action and perform recovery processes for system or service failures, and address building structure problems.
Ensure efficient performance of equipment, striving for continuous improvement to contribute to overall business success.
Develop mid to longterm facility replacement plans to improve stability and effectiveness of the data centre facility.
Conduct site tours of the data centre facility and support sales proposals, as well as handle customer inquiries related to data centre services.
Establish operation, maintenance, and emergency procedures to maintain the premises and equipment in optimal condition.
Train NOC members to perform firstlevel troubleshooting of data centre facility issues.
Perform any other duties associated with the position.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in data centre maintenance or operation management.
Basic understanding of building facility management and electrical/mechanical equipment such as generators, high/medium voltage equipment, UPS, CRAC, CCTV, access control systems, and fire extinguishers.
Knowledge of risk assessment and mitigation strategies related to data centre operations, including disaster recovery planning, business continuity, physical security protocols, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Minimum 3 years of experience in people management.
Experience in delivering SLAs and KPIs, and developing periodic preventive maintenance plans for electrical and mechanical equipment.
Strong communication skills in English to interact with customers, department members, vendors, and utilities suppliers.
Excellent customer relations skills to handle customer requirements and complaints.
Strong administrative skills for effective people and organization management, and maintaining relevant information to support business operations.
Willingness to perform any other duties as required.
