Responsibilities:

Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
Coordinate with Clients, PM, QP, and suppliers to develop project schedules and resource plans.
Conduct site surveys, site preparation, and execution of all activities as needed.
Supervise construction activities, including MEP, ACMV works, A&A works, and finishing.
Implement quality control measures to monitor workmanship and materials, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct safety inspections and audits.
Manage project budgets and expenses, tracking expenditures and identifying costsaving opportunities.
Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and resolve issues.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including daily reports, inspection records, and asbuilt drawings.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permit requirements, implementing measures to minimize environmental impact.
Provide leadership and managing workers, technicians, and supervisors, etc.

Requirement:

Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction, with a focus on site engineering.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Experience with environmental regulations and safety standards is preferred.
Class 3 driving Licences
Have a strong mindset of achievement.
