Job summary
We are seeking a Senior Associate / Vice President to join our Operator Selection & Operator Consulting platform in Asia Pacific, based in Singapore. This individual contributor role will support the regional Operator Selection lead in delivering operator selection assignments across hotels and living asset classes.In this role you will gain invaluable exposure to high-growth Asian hospitality markets establish connections with key hotel owners engage with both international & regional hotel operators. You will gain knowledge on various aspects of the hotel lifecycle - from hospitality investment development and asset management through your interactions with JLL's hotels and hospitality specialists.
Skills
- Strong analytical commercial judgement excellent written presentation skills.
- Comfortable working directly with clients operators under senior guidance.
- Well organised strong project management prioritisation skills.
- Proactive motivated keen to build long-term expertise owner–operator advisory.
