    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee both front and back-of-the-house restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for all guests.

    • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new hires and provide ongoing skill-building opportunities for existing staff to enhance service excellence.
    • Monitor workstations closely to ensure they are well-equipped and fully staffed for optimal performance.
