Description

You will be responsible for the management of non-stock inventory and assets utilization.

These include budget planning and utilisation analysis to ensure optimal and timely provision of supplies to support the hospital's daily and emergency operations.

You will also establish and review the non-stock inventory management workflows to ensure that they are effective and efficient in meeting the hospital's needs.

In addition, you will develop and implement the department's work plans as well as involve actively in innovation projects to achieve continual work and quality improvement.

Job Requirements

Degree in any discipline with 8 years' working experience, preferably with knowledge in inventory management and asset management with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate with key stakeholders to reach strategic outcomes
Strong project management skills with the ability to closely track project timeline, identify bottlenecks and garner support to overcome obstacles
Selfdirected and independent with the ability to work under tight timelines
An excellent team player who is resourceful and meticulous
