    Job Description:

    Division: Human Resource

    Reports to: Human Resource Executive

    Position Profile:

    The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for managing contract renewals, work pass renewals, and hiring processes within the organisation.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and MOM regulations, good communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities:

    Talent Attraction

    • Source and screen candidates for open positions within the organization, using various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
    • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for the position.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
    • Extend job offers and salary packages with selected candidates.

    Contract Renewal & Work Passes

    • Coordinate and manage contract renewal processes for existing employees, ensuring timely communication with managers and employees.
    • Facilitate the renewal of work passes for foreign employees, including preparing and submitting required documentation to relevant authorities.

    Others

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee contracts, work pass statuses, and employee's information in the HR system.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant and changes in government regulations and employment law.
    • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, such as recruitment agencies to support recruitment matters effectively.
    • Other assigned projects or administrative duties.

    Ability/Competency Required:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum 2 years' experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
    • Strong understanding of employment laws and MOM regulations.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Detail-oriented in managing documentation and records.
    • Able to work effectively in team environment.
    • Will be required to shuttle between the Yishun and Tuas offices.
