- Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution for semiconductor plant projects and piping works.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Apply expertise in semiconductor plant construction and piping systems to ensure projects adhere to industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to review and approve design specifications, ensuring they meet client requirements and safety standards
- Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to project plans.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and construction crews to maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that all project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
- Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Foster effective communication among project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and construction teams.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to management and clients.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist in preparing cost estimates and proposals for new projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field).
- Building Construction Supervisor Course (BCSS) will be preferred. Training can be arranged to those necessary. Any other WSH related course will be added advantage.
- Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in semiconductor plant construction, piping works, and construction management. Entry level is welcome.
- Proficiency in project management knowledge and application.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
