- Support sales administrative process for Sales operations globally
- Assist in following up with Sales on Booking documents
- Uploading of Booking documents
- Maintain hard copies of booking documents on booking folders for audit purposes
- Follow up on approvals of Booking documents
- Follow up on Proof of Delivery and perform goods receipt of shipment
- Maintain records for KPI
- Minimum Diploma in Business/Marketing with at least 2 years' working experience in relevant field
- Proficient in MS Office Applications with knowledge of formula usage in Excel and SAP
- Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
- Meticulous and analytical
- Open to working planned paid overtime when needed
- Good command of English and Mandarin as the role requires some interaction with Chinese office.
