- You are primarily responsible of food preparation and food production to ensure that food quality standards are met and delivered.
- You are to work together with your team to ensure smooth restaurant kitchen operations and adhere to sanitation, food safety and hygiene standards as set in our SOP.
- You are also accountable to proper management and accuracy of the restaurant food items required to meet the restaurants demand and sales.
- Good culinary skills with sound working knowledge in all work stations of the kitchen.
- Min 1 year experience in similar capacity with a reputable and established organization.
- Good communicator with leadership qualities.
- Passion for food and culinary arts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to commit rotational shift, weekends and public holiday.
