Description

Responsibilities

Responsible for the support and maintenance of Warehouse Management System (WMS) and its B2B integrations between customer systems and WMS

Provide user support up to 2nd level support and troubleshooting for any issue related to WMS, B2B integrations and all associated programs in accordance to target SLA
Liaise with WMS vendor to resolve any issue that cannot be solved at 2nd level
Responsible to customize basic B2B integrations between customer systems and WMS
Review RFQ requirements and partner with Sales and Marketing team to provide solutions and process integration that can assist in securing contracts
Partner with Products and Operations Excellence teams on continuous improvement projects in relations to system to improve work efficiency
Partner with system vendor for appropriate updating, upgrading and enhancement of system
Ensure user access termination for departing employees, consultants, auditors or any external party granted access
Ensure company policies & procedures, confidentiality, legal and ethical guidelines, such as Delegation of Authority are clearly communicated and adhered to
Observe and abide by the TSS-QEHSM01.6 Roles, Responsibilities and Authorities outline in the QEHS Manual
