- Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Director, and administrative support to those within the same team.
- Plan and schedule meetings, prepare meeting agenda and presentation materials.
- Record meeting minutes, track and follow up on action items, projects.
- Ensure expenses are properly classified and accounted for.
- Manage correspondences and disseminate important information across the organization.
- Min 2 years of secretarial support experience
- Patience, Good integrity, highly trustworthy and able to keep things confidential.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Good organisation skill, flair in coordinating, follow-ups, and planning
- Able to commence within short notice period.
