    Roles & Responsibilities

    Local Company invites professional & committed individuals to join as Personal Assistant

    Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Director, and administrative support to those within the same team.
    • Plan and schedule meetings, prepare meeting agenda and presentation materials.
    • Record meeting minutes, track and follow up on action items, projects.
    • Ensure expenses are properly classified and accounted for.
    • Manage correspondences and disseminate important information across the organization.

    Requirements

    • Min 2 years of secretarial support experience
    • Patience, Good integrity, highly trustworthy and able to keep things confidential.
    • Ability to multi-task and work independently
    • Good organisation skill, flair in coordinating, follow-ups, and planning
    • Able to commence within short notice period.
