    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Objective:

    Perform production support activities according to EHS guidelines and in a cGMP compliance manner following procedures and instructions.

    Major Accountabilities:

    • Involve in hands-on execution of the production support and trouble-shooting
    • Perform production support activities such as small parts cleaning, autoclaving, area cleaning and housekeeping, equipment surface cleaning, materials/consumables transfers and management of production storage locations
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives
    • Participate in GMP and Safety audits
    • Train team members on-the-job
    • Adhere to any applicable EHS requirements
    • Commit to a fair and respectful relationship to others and behave in accordance with Novartis Values and Behaviors

    Key Performance Indicators:

    • Conformance to production, project schedule, measured in time
    • Number and severity of process deviations
    • Able to collaborate effectively, both internally and externally
    • No avoidable HSE and Quality incidents
