Responsibilities:


  • Manage utilities construction projects, developing project scope, timelines, specifications and budget
  • Able coordination and liaison work with relevant authorities/agencies on services/utilities and diversion works
  • Able to advise the work team to implement appropriate measures on services/utilities protection, ensure compliance with statutory requirements and adopt safe work procedure to prevent damage to utilities
  • Work closely with internal/ external stakeholders to provide progress updates in construction site
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by Reporting Supervisor

Job Requirements & Qualifications:


  • Minimum 5 year(s) of relevant road construction experience in coordination and liaison works with relevant authorities/agencies on services/utilities protection is required for this position
  • Qualified as a Licensed Telecommunication Cable Detection Worker (TCDW) and possesses relevant certificates and licenses for Licensed Cable Detector Work (LCDW)
  • Adopt safe work procedures for carrying out any Works to prevent damage to services/utilities, in particular, excavation work
  • Proactive to matter arising
  • Salary package commensurate with experience
