Job Description:

• Liaise with RTO, sub-contractors on day-to-day operations and technical issues
• Supervise structural & architectural works as per drawings/ details.
• Ensure good quality of works and manage defects rectifications.
• Ensure work done compliance with design, specifications, safety requirements and related local statutory regulations.
• Monitoring the site progress as per targeted schedules.
• Reporting to PD/ PM on site progress status.
• Assist in the receipt and control of all material on site.
• Assist in the organising and sequencing of work.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in local Construction HDB HIP projects.

Job Requirement:

• Nitec (Intermediate) / Certificate of Vocational Training / BCA Builder Certificate / NTC Grade 10 or equivalent
• Familiar with structural/ architectural works.
• Strong in construction methodology and planning.
• Good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently with consultants and sub-contractors.
• Good in site planning/technical submission.
• Good technical knowledge and interpersonal skills.
