    In this role, you will contribute and make an impact with our Operations Team.

    Details about the Operations Team

    Operations joins key areas into a single global team to better support the company's businesses and serve clients across the world. Operations manages investment monitoring, measurement, and processing services for our clients.

    • Completion of accounting activities for a legal entity, line of business, regional or accounting process. Research and analyses related to financial performance and accounting issues.
    • Provide accounting and trading support activities. Performs reviews and documents processed from across the Bank to confirm compliance with established practices.
    • Interact with stakeholders in Front Office, Operations and Technology to ensure alignment on key priorities, control framework standards and visibility over pipeline projects and associated changes.
    • Participate in new product development, design of enhancements and system testing
    • Analysis to produce financial data for use in short-term and strategic planning and reporting. Deciphers financial information in support of business, corporate function, or region.
    • Support operations and assist organization reach their top productivity levels through delivery of operational and financial objectives.
    • Supports more complex client onboarding/transition/conversion projects through a diverse set of operational activities.
    • Prepares basic and more detailed risk profiles for clients and conducts periodic reviews of client profiles for renewal.
    • Applies expertise and judgement in providing quality client service and support to clients daily, including phone interaction, problem resolution, transaction processing, reconciliations, and updates to client accounts in a timely manner.
    • Execution of mandatory and voluntary corporate action-related custody, processing liability notices, allocating dividend/interest payments, and processing class action suits.
    • Provide pre-execution and post-execution support to Sales and Trading desks. Handle post-execution lifecycle activities including Trade Confirmation, Settlement and Investigations.
    • Lead automation of manual processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Compile and distribute metrics and management information for reporting.

    Program Eligibility/Qualifications:

    • Enrolment in polytechnic diploma program with a strong focus on business, banking or finance related studies.
    • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
    • Proficient in Microsoft office.
