Description
Ideal candidate must have experience in HR Coordinator, HR Operations who liaise with internal Resource Management team and take care of new joiners such as creating their email id and other corporate account.
Take responsibility of employees data related to Over Time claims and allowances data to be shared with external vendors to make sure timely payouts to all contract staff working with company.
Take care of other activities such as Exit Formalities, maintain employee data of Joining's vs Exit.Need 2 years of experience into Human Resources
Doing On boarding & Off Boarding process for Secondment staff.
Conducting HR Induction Training for Secondment staff.
Creating HR portals for Secondment staff.
To ensure all calculations for OT, SA and Expenses Claims to be crossed checked, calculated accurately and send to vendor on a timely basis for processing pay-out to employees on monthly basis.
