Description

• Working Location: Arab St.
• Working Days & Hours: 5/6 days work week

• Check and prepare sufficient miseenplace before meal period.
• Prepare the dish and cook the ingredients according to the recipes.
• Follow according to standard presentation style for dish plating.
• Assist in creating and preparing menu items and daily specials.
• Ensure freshness of the ingredients.
• Inspect and clean the kitchen, kitchen equipment and serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food handling practices.

• Minimum 1 years working experience in fastpaced restaurant service in the same capacity.
• Must have sound F&B knowledge and Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Work experienced in Western restaurant will be an advantage.
• Applicants that require work pass need not apply.
