- Manage daily incoming and outgoing clients' communications, including emails, phone calls and whatapps groupchats.
- Assisting with the documentation in respect
of new, existing tenancies and general administration of all contracts
documentation for monthly submission. - Engage with potential clients to understand
their needs, present our products / services, and effectively
communicate the value proposition. - Preparing home search and scheduling of viewing appointments for parties.
- Conduct research, gather data and compile
information for sales decks, prepare and edit documents, presentations
and reports while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to
details. - Build and maintain strong relationships
with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their
inquires and concerns. - Ensure efficiency of daily office administration & operations and preparing onboarding checklist for incoming associates
- Manage and work closely with property
owners, contractors, developer, leasing teams, conveyancing firm to
ensure property assets are well managed. - Manage all in house meeting rooms bookings or training space with external vendors.
- Oversee and organise company and personal
events, conferences, company retreats, year-end parties including but
not limited to logistical arrangements and materials preparation. - Housekeeping and coordinating video shoots and virtual walk through.
- Assist in other ad-hoc support duties assigned from time to time.
- On the job training is provided.
- At least 1 year of assistant or secretary experience. Preferably holding experience in a real estate field.
- Possess excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills at all levels of the business.
- Proficient in English and Chinese language.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office application is required.
- Self-motivated professional with the
ability to take ownership, work independently, drives initiatives and
multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time management
skills to work and meet deadlines, A diploma or degree in business
administration, sales or real estate field (BSc / BA) - Willingness to work overtime when necessary and ability and sometimes weekends.
- Skillful in social media and photography / videography skills is a PLUS
- Only Singaporean Citizen and PR only.
