Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about digital technology to be part of the Singapore Digital Platform Team.
You must be positive with a 'can do' attitude to oversee and deliver end-to-end digital platform solutions and drive delivery & optimization of our digital platforms.
You should be a self-starter with a strong background in digital platform and applications.
You must be comfortable with ambiguity and be adaptable within a fast-paced environment.
Role Responsibilities
• Execute business strategy roadmap by working closely with Business product managers to develop, implement and improve online payment products.
Analyse, prioritise and build business case for new product features and improvements
• Provide SG requirements on customer journey, customer experience and feature capabilities to Digital PO
• Be on top of the project status and progress. Remove any impediments to ensure project gets implemented smoothly and on time
• Work with testing team to ensure UAT test scope and scenarios are well covered and to ensure signoff
• Work closely with Operations, call centre and Branches on new feature launches and implementation of new and/or enhance processes to support the launches
• Conduct Customer impact analysis and collaborate with stakeholders on customers communications
• Regularly perform comparative analysis of competitor and other digital platforms on payments to continuously improve
• Co-own the digital customer experience journey and regulatory compliance with PO to ensure all risks are considered and managed accordingly.
