- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions across the regional offices which includes but not limited to Recruitment and Selection, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development and employee relations/welfare
- Familiarise and ensure adherence to respective countries' workforce legislations and regulations
- Fosters and enhances harmonious employee relations to increase efficiency and boost staff morale
- Implements staff motivation, recognition and incentive programmes
- Establish key performance indicator for employees
- Conduct annual or ad hoc performance review
- Review the efficiency and effectiveness of existing HR procedures
- Working closely with department heads and provide advice on HR issues and handling of employee grievances, counseling and terminations
- Minimum Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources, preferably with a Post Graduate Diploma in HRM
- Minimum 5 years of HR working experience.
- Proactive in keeping abreast with the changes of employment law and market best practices
