Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and coordinate all architectural works that tie with the master schedule
• Report to the project lead on any technical / site issues pertaining to architectural works and provide solutions.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and sub-contractors on architectural works technical matters, work progression and quality of works.
• Coordinate all architectural drawings, works and materials; report discrepancies in construction drawings.
• Supervise and coordinate the progress of architectural works to ensure the works are carried out in accordance to specification / drawing and is delivered on time with quality, while safety regulations / WSH provisions are complied with.
• Report to the project lead on the progress of architectural work.
• Attend meeting with consultants and provide technical solutions.
• Coordinate and submit all materials to consultant for approval.
• Any related tasks as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, Architecture or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in LTA - MRT or any Civil Infrastructure projects of similar scale and complexity
• Excellent verbal and written English language
• Independent, resulted-oriented and self-driven team player with good communication skills
• Salary package commensurate with experience
