Our client is a renowned chemical trading MNC based in town.
The company is focused on marketing, sales and operations of a chemical product whereby the company is a leading Global marketer.
The co is active in all major regions, covering Americas /Europe/Asia and handling 5 million metric tonnes of product with over US$2 billion turnover annually.
Executive Assistant
Responsibilities
- Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory & other related matters in a small office (of around 12 staff)
- Cover receptionist work for the company (though the receptionist responsibility is not heavy)
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements per request
- Assist the MD with information screening and management, includes organizing key strategy and product messages, monitoring inbox and making responses, preparing reports, creating spreadsheets and compiling information from multiple sources
- Managing and monitoring key meetings, company events & etc for the company
- Maintain smooth and effective communications between the MD and other internally and externally stakeholders like key clients, other executives & etc.
- Managing other assigned jobs such as HR ops (preparing contracts, onboarding of new staff etc)

Diploma or degree qualified with min 5 years of relevant EA or office admin work functions

Has prior MNC exposure

- Highly organized, selfmotivated, outgoing, customeroriented, work independently and able to work under pressure
- Responsible with good interpersonal, coordination skills
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Good project management and multitask skills
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills and experience in interacting with executives, professionals and/or clients
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Good command of spoken and written English. Ability to speak Mandarin (writing and reading Chinese) is preferred as there will communication in Mandarin required with some colleagues that comes with the role.
The co is based in town and offers WFH arrangement 2 days in a week. The work life balance for this role is generally healthy (as the office is small with around 12 staff)
