    Associate Partner Specialist - ASEAN

    About the role:

    In this role, you will contribute to driving and executing MongoDB's services partner strategy across ASEAN. Services partners include global system integrators, local and regional services partners.

    This remit of the role is to develop our partner relationships in the region. Working with the broader MongoDB Partner team including Solution Architects,, Marketing and programs team to drive partner development leading to partner sourced pipeline.

    The Partner Sales team focuses exclusively on formulating and executing a pipeline generation strategy through Partners within assigned territories, resulting in aggressive pipeline growth and new customer acquisition.

    Your mission:

  • Reporting to the Senior Director, Partners - APAC
  • Recruit and build strong and effective partner relationships, resulting in growth opportunities and execution against champion plans.
  • Proactively prospect, identify, qualify and develop a sales pipeline through Services Partners.
  • Work with our Sales team to close business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
  • Contribute to engagement to develop services partners sales, pre-sales capabilities in line with our strategy of amplifying partners with capabilities and certifications to deliver for their customers.
  • Drive optimal engagement between MongoDB sales teams and services partners on execution of sales strategy
  • Work with partner marketing to plan and implement marketing events and scale activities for pipeline generation
  • Participate in our sales enablement trainings, including our comprehensive Sales Bootcamp, sophisticated sales training, and leadership and development programs
  • Requirements

  • Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology through presentation, verbal and written communication
  • Possess aptitude to learn quickly and establish credibility. High EQ and self-aware
  • 3+ years field experience of quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced and competitive market with a focus on new business
  • 2+ years of quota-carrying experience generating pipeline and selling through Partners preferable
  • BA/BS preferred
