Base salary up to $5,000 + AWS + VB
Permanent opportunity with hybrid working arrangement (5 days work week)

Responsibilities:

User Research: Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and goals. Gather insights through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
User Experience Design: Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate and iterate on design concepts. Develop intuitive navigation and information architecture that ensures a seamless user experience.

Interaction Design:
Design interactive elements and transitions to enhance usability and delight users. Use motion design principles to create smooth and engaging user interactions. Collaborative Design Process: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and ensure design solutions meet business objectives. Collaborate on an iterative design process, incorporating feedback and making revisions as needed. Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests to validate design decisions and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Analyze user feedback and iterate on designs to optimize user experience. Design Documentation: Create detailed design specifications, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistent implementation of design across different platforms and devices
