Roles & Responsibilities

Technical support for equipment-related work performed by field service engineers.

Technical support for the following operations related to equipment and production-related problems and improvements that occur at customer's site.

Information collection, analysis/verification and modification.

Support for building educational systems such as improving educations methods for field service engineers, creating educational materials and managing skills

Support for communication between Japanese head office factories and affiliated companies and field services

engineers, translation of various materials and interpretation.

Support for vaious administrative procedures such as travel to Singapore and Malaysia, entry/visa acquisition

and billing to head office.

Operation support and education for IT systems operated company wide.

Labour situation management and stay support for Japanese business trip engineers.
