    About the role:
  • You will work alongside the Head of Southeast Asia, establish the strategic direction and business strategy for the department.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to set strategy and objectives, developing new products and services and improve processes.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate and share best practice
  • Work closely with the sales and commercial functions to ensure seamless client engagement.
  • Ensure projects move quickly from sale into delivery, optimising levels of utilisation.
  • Be an executive sponsor for critical projects.
    • About You:

    Essential:

    · Experience working of with Data Analytics and Insights
    · Experience of leading consulting teams
    · Experience with psychometrics in the talent management/talent acquisition space

    Preferred:

    Occupational Psychology qualification
