Purpose of Role:

The main focus of the role involves maximizing sales and maintaining customer satisfaction with the existing customers. This includes meeting existing customer requirements as well as ensuring contract renewals and other opportunity closures. He/she is also responsible for overseeing budgets, profits and losses and after-sales upselling.


Main Responsibilities:


Excellence in Customer Experience

  • Ensure all customer concerns, requests and requirements are regularly tracked with timely follow up
  • Ensure respective stakeholders take actions timely to fulfil customer requirements
  • Build good relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Solicit regular feedback from customers on the performance of bbp
  • Actively develop and implement customer engagement plans

Develop strong partnerships and key accounts

  • To be the key contact point for all existing customers and partners
  • To ensure continuity of optimization subscription contracts
  • To access and pick up new leads from customers
  • Collaborate closely with the internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and professional delivery
  • To follow up and ensure all contracts are maintained and renewed timely
  • To ensure reports are submitted to customers timely
  • To ensure purchase orders, acceptances, invoices, billings and other documents are submitted to customer timely

Sales growth across markets

  • Knowledge of existing sites and portfolio level market research & study
  • Define the service sales strategy in consultation with management
  • Define and closely monitor sales targets, actuals vs. budgets, and identify root causes from deviations in sales performance
  • Identify, develop and explore new segments for new growth.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 5 to 8 years of proven sales/business development experience
  • Experience in HVAC/semiconductor/Facilities industry preferred
  • Proven track record to drive sales or/and develop new markets/customers
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Selfdriven with a high level of initiative
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface at all levels of the organization
