Fulfilment Executive - Singapore - Income Insurance Limited
Description
Telesales Fulfilment Officer supports the General Insurance (GI) processing at Income and plays a key role in GI Business by supporting our customers in New Business, Underwriting, Renewal & Endorsement processing.
The key responsibilities include:
- Process policies' New Business, Underwriting, Renewal & Endorsement matters.
- Process policy payments and failed payment cases, reinstatements and lapsed policies.
- Handle enquiries from Telesales sales teams and stakeholders.
- Support sales teams on administrative and logistic matters.
- Contact customers to confirm substandard policy details.
- Handle system generated excel reports and process policies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Diploma holder.
- 1 to 2 years' experience in insurance processing will be an added advantage.
- Serviceoriented with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Sensible judgement, and attention to details is a must.
- Selfmotivated, possess drive to complete work and willingness to learn.
- Competent with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
