Description

Telesales Fulfilment Officer supports the General Insurance (GI) processing at Income and plays a key role in GI Business by supporting our customers in New Business, Underwriting, Renewal & Endorsement processing.


The key responsibilities include:


  • Process policies' New Business, Underwriting, Renewal & Endorsement matters.
  • Process policy payments and failed payment cases, reinstatements and lapsed policies.
  • Handle enquiries from Telesales sales teams and stakeholders.
  • Support sales teams on administrative and logistic matters.
  • Contact customers to confirm substandard policy details.
  • Handle system generated excel reports and process policies accordingly.

Qualifications:


  • Diploma holder.
  • 1 to 2 years' experience in insurance processing will be an added advantage.
  • Serviceoriented with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Sensible judgement, and attention to details is a must.
  • Selfmotivated, possess drive to complete work and willingness to learn.
  • Competent with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
