Description

Liaising with vendors to support hardware /software issues on office computers

Providing VIP support to the Executive level.
Process warranty claims for laptop and PC accessories with vendors
Maintaining inventories of hardware and software
Managing backups of server's tapes.
Providing after office hour support as when is necessary to the users
Supporting regional conference & communication calls.
Disposal of assets
Providing the future project implementation support for the site
Complies with Company's policies and procedures.
Upholds IT operations efficiency and service level agreement. Work as a team on all the deliverables and compliances

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in providing IT Support in Corporate Environment
Diploma / Degree in IT/ Computer Science
Good Technical Knowledge on IT Troubleshooting Skills
Possess good communication skills Good Team Player
