Description

Responsibilities

• Responsible to oversee and ensure manufacturing and safety procedures are adhered to
• Manage and oversee a team of Operators to meet daily production output, productivity yield and production quality
• Implement work improvement ideas and performance, including briefing and training to team members
• Conduct daily operational meetings and escalate line issues
• Ensure good housekeeping and discipline in production environment
• Support cross department projects, evaluations and preventive maintenance activities in the fab
• Responsible for manpower and consumables planning

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering/Science and Technology or relevant fields
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Preferably experienced in high-tech, high-volume manufacturing environment
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts (night arrangement)
