Creamier is part of the In Great Company group, which began with our Toa Payoh store and has grown organically to encompass six Creamier cafes (Toa Payoh, Gillman Barracks, Tiong Bahru, East Coast, Margaret Market and Punggol) and Sunday Folks, an artisanal dessert café. Driven by a commitment to heartfelt service, In Great Company aims to connect people through shared happiness and a love for quality food.

We are looking for service-oriented individuals with a passion for hospitality to oversee and run operations at our cafes.

Responsibilities:

• Build service culture and customer relationships
• Lead customer-oriented service operations
• Train and lead team members
• Food standards and SOP compliance
• Purchase and stock take management
• Implement marketing and promotion activities

Requirements:

• Able to work shifts and weekends
• Motivated team player and positive attitude
• Passionate about service and connecting with people
• Comfortable with office tools for admin and reporting
• F&B experience is a bonus
